Romulo Pires is much more than just a pretty face. With a quiet charisma that oozes out of every print ad and commercial he shoots, Romulo has an inner peace and inner happiness that seems to jump from the page and melt the viewer’s heart. Having been raised in a family with over a dozen other brothers and sisters, Romulo Pires more than likely had to learn to “get along” at an early age, and it has served him well. A smattering of these luxury brands includes Roberto Cavali, Carolina Herrera, Louis Vuitton, Zara, Bellstaf, Pepe Jeans, Valentino, Cartier and Neiman Marcus.
Unlikely as it seems, Romulo’s days are not all-consumed by fashion shoots. He does occasionally find the time to follow some of his other passions including playing soccer, cooking, playing tennis, practicing the combat sport Muay Thai, and playing the ukulele. His friends call him “Magrelo,” for reasons only they know beyond the meaning of the word which is “thin.” He is self-proclaimed as being happy all the time, which is also evident in the way he describes himself as being an outgoing person who is able to interpret the mood of every moment.
Romulo Pires is a charitable person and donates to the cause, New York Cares. This agency is a volunteer service helping to place volunteers with the projects and people who need them. Some of their volunteer services help the New York community with coat drives, youth service clubs and literacy programs.
